The overall job is simple but dealing with unhappy customers is no fun when the company forgets to charge people and then charge them and customers are left with hundreds of dollars withdrew and cannot feed their families and the CSR is left holding the conversation with no option to remedy issue.

The leadership team is willing to help you if you get on the correct team so of them just ignore you and leave you to deal with an unsatisfied customer without follow up.
