What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly I really liked my job at first. Some of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My lead is seriously amazing. She's a hard worker, problem solver, and I love working with her.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor did my interview. He took me around and showed me the different depts. Then handed me off to my lead. She is my favorite thing about my job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could actually work and not stand around doing nothing. Our dept is swamped with work and my teammates are useless. I have to go behind them and fix what they choose not to do. Our dept could be great if my teammates would actually work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager doesn't listen to problems at hand until he's getting his butt chewed out. I work 100 times harder than others in my dept. We don't have enough employees in my dept to do the job and the ones that do don't work. I don't get paid enough to deal with the what goes on in our dept.
