WTW has no respect for their employees, you are blamed for customers complaining. It's always a problem with accounts, some not all customer are rude and nasty blaming you for account issues. The supervisors only help people that kiss up, Supervisors so busy taking Kudos calls when a customer ask

The customer representative are scrap goats to outdated systems faulty equipment and rude customers

The pay is French fries compared to the amount of work exceptions. The rude nasty negative customers and management.

Speaking to employees with respect, Do they job when a customer ask to speak to management the last thing they want it to speak with a customer with an issue. Customers wonder why they have to wait to talk to a supervisor because they prefer for you to de-escalate what they get paid to do.
