The paycheck, the people I work with, and the potential for growth.

It seemed more like a conversation than an interview, which was really nice!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just love the people that I work with, and the paycheck is pretty nice too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are inspirational, motivational and enthusiastic. Although they do not take the time to get to know their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We go through and discuss the challenges that we are individually facing and then we do our best to overcome those challenges and offer each other support and advice.
