Stop making employees selling things that most customer don't need.

Learn how to treat employees better. Also please stop pushing employees to overwork and stress themselves out.

It's just taxing since we have to share sells but there were misunderstanding several times due to that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They see how the system is so slow and some customers never had good experience due to some employees I don't know of but had to fix their mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the fact they never acknowledged anyone I work with for their efforts. They raised the hourly pay but reduced the commission pay. Also they keeps changing the pay almost every 6 months.
