I feel undervalued due to the fact they never acknowledged anyone I work with for their efforts. They raised the hourly pay but reduced the commission pay. Also they keeps changing the pay almost every 6 months.

Hourly pay is the same as someone who is underperforming over the course of many years. There should be hourly raises to retain experienced employees based on time with companies like Costco.

It's just taxing since we have to share sells but there were misunderstanding several times due to that.

Little hours are given and people who get the morning shifts are basically working for hourly pay

Give the managers an actual option to present to applicants. Misleading commission pay scale and lowest hourly

They didn't negotiate pay and the hiring manager was a bit rude after I told them I was waiting to hear back from another company

Don't fabricate the truth. Don't tell people what they want to hear to hire them. Tell them what they need to know
