What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clock in when they can
Fair and honest to the employees
We work really hard to make all employees happy.
The manager at my location is pretty easy to work for. Very laid back and doesn't breath down our necks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to show up to work she always calln out for work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were a full time employee because I work full time hours.
I work far to hard and do way to much for my pay grade...but the work has to get done and someone's got to do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come to work
No one left behind, no I in team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Myself and 2 other coworkers get to cross paths at least 2 times a week
The customer service is fantastic!
I generally work alone so my energy is what makes my work day positive.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was comfortable and easy going
They noticed my determination and drive to be apart of a team.
The interviewer she was very connected with me and engaged in great conversation. She asked me a lot of good questions some of which challenged me and I liked that.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Let the person thats getting interviewed ask questions and answer them without intruption
What makes you most happy at work?
Smiling faces and helping people.
I enjoy the job itself but also enjoy the guests I meet and some of the things I learn from the guests.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managmeny need to trust they staff accordingly.
