What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team was nice and polite
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging and listen to your employees. Need new leadership and hire more women. There's not a single female leader except the head of HR. Big red flag!
Stop micromanaging and have more women in the executive or leadership team other than the head of HR!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being micromanaged and put into public shame in group meetings from leadership. Getting roasted in front of your peers is part of the culture and each person in the meeting is terrified of this.
The health insurance package has awful coverage and is expensive. The most expensive of any workplace I've had.

Less toxic management from the top down and have leaders that actually know what they're doing
