WorkSpan had a cool vision but the executive & leadership team are out of touch & have no idea how to market themselves. I was shocked at how bad their implementation was & encouraged salespeople to lie about it. They will micromanage + work you to the ground. Expect long hours + working weekends.

They had too many rounds of interviews
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance package has awful coverage and is expensive. The most expensive of any workplace I've had.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging and listen to your employees. Need new leadership and hire more women. There's not a single female leader except the head of HR. Big red flag!
