The management at my work cares about me as an employee. They want you to do your best but not to stress yourself out either. That said, it is getting rough around here because no one is applying as wages have not attracted applicants and ours stay stagnant. I like the job otherwise

The leaders are super helpful around the workplace when we need their support, especially during this time where we are short-staffed. They want you to feel relaxed but also work your best while not working yourself ragged.
