What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fairness they have for they're employees, the wages and the opportunities they have. And i like the shifts and the way they schedule our break times. Most of all the benefits and pay raise opportunities they offer there employees.

Communicate with employees more effectively

Be a manager and take care of his people, handle manager tasks, trust his workers to get the job done, do not micro manage which hurts the operation.

The opportunity to get a raise every 6 months depending on your productivity.

Better pay for my position. A helper would be sufficient.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody tries to help or offer advice to each other to help better our futures with the company or just in general.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less work hours, better ways of doing thing to make it easier on all, which would reduce stress and hours worked. Over time is needed at times but not every day just to make through the day. Need to work smart.

Honestly nothing really its pratically the same as most interviews. As an employee you have to be confident and know how to sell yourself.

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing what im making and what i can be making if i keep up the good work. But also im exited to learn about how they built this company from the ground up. I try to pay attention to orders and shipments going in and out and at what pace there moving. Also how everything is ran.
