The health insurance that really comes from my union. But it is really good. Co pays are low most things are covered.

Proper pay rise and support
I analyze. I can rough calculate the amount of profit my department alone inccurs annually. None of this is being seen by front line workers.
Well, in my department they have most employees scheduled at 29 hours a week when benefits kick in at 30 hours a week. This is surely done on purpose, and is one of the several scandalous practices of this company.
They should be the highest paying property on the Strip, but continually lag behind other employers
