Alot of gaslighting and passive aggressive behavior goes on here, by management. Its like an abusive relationship youre forced to stay in. You truly are just a number. Come in, keep your head down, and hope to be able to survive the day. Each day is survival mode. Company could care less about you.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I gave the best interview of my life. My interviewers left something to be desired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some days we have each other's backs (coworkers). Most days youre out for yourself. It's survival mode each and every day. Keep your head down, play pretend, and tredge on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just need to get a different career so I can be done with this place. Im working towards that goal. To increase employee morale and satisfaction would take a page-one-rewrite, something short of a miracle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, in my department they have most employees scheduled at 29 hours a week when benefits kick in at 30 hours a week. This is surely done on purpose, and is one of the several scandalous practices of this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. You guys live in a realm of delusion. You go home telling yourselves youve done a good job that day when youve done anything but that. You arent making the world better, youre making it worse. Your fantasy of harboring a 5-star environment is just that, a fantasy. Youre far from it.
