The health insurance that really comes from my union. But it is really good. Co pays are low most things are covered.

They work hard and are dedicated to the team as a whole.
They care a lot about everything and everyone
Although I'm on the bottom front line at the moment, i have over 30 years of supervisory/management experience doing exactly what im doing now. I cringe at the way operations are because I cannot do anything about it at the moment. Change is good. Change will be coming soon. I have vision.
if you need to be uplifted, just come in to my department and meet some of my team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the once a month charity drive our company does for tax writeoffs
Some days we have each other's backs (coworkers). Most days youre out for yourself. It's survival mode each and every day. Keep your head down, play pretend, and tredge on.
It feels like family. Food is good. Uniforms are nice.

Seemed like every answer you gave was a great one!
It was to the point , they asked questions to test my food knowledge and didn't waste my time with questions about other departments that I have nothing to do with.

Making people happy each and everyday
Knowing that i have a plan & will rise to where i want to be so I can implement the changes that will take care of my employees to ensure they are happy, respected, have a means to provide for their families, & actually want to get up out of bed in the mornings & be excited for a fun day at work.
Meeting new people every day from all over the world.
I get credits for my achievement.
The people I work with. They're fun to be around and I get a free cooking lessons from them.
