Working at Xanterra is an experience you will not forget. Great coworkers, great location, and a great chance to learn job skills. However, Xanterra does not compensate long term employees fairly, unless the care to climb the management ladder. This is especially true of low rank managers.
It has changed for the worse over the years. The company is too revenue-centric and does not focus on guests or employees.
