Executive Bio

Mr. Dean Aloise has been the Head of HR Consulting Function at Xerox Corporation since May 2016. Mr. Aloise served as Managing Director of Wealth Practice at Buck Consultants, LLC. Prior to this role, Mr. Aloise was the US Wealth Practice Leader, directing the practice to its best annual results in more than a decade. He also co-invented a patent-pending risk management tool called Pension Risk Navigator; and facilitated the innovation process around new financial wellness programs that improve employees' financial health and retirement readiness. Mr. Aloise is experienced in helping organizations with pension and retiree medical plan issues, union negotiations, multiemployer plans and global consulting assignments. He has also led broad-HR strategy projects spanning the total rewards spectrum, which have included change management, communications, administration, and technology implementations. He is passionate about serving Buck's clients, colleagues, and the communities where Buck operates. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Fellow in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Aloise received his B.S. degree with distinguished honors in actuarial science with a minor in mathematics from Penn State University's Schreyer Honors College.
