Mr. William F. Osbourn, Jr., also known as Bill, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President at Xerox Corporation since January 01, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Technology Business since December 5, 2016. Mr. Osbourn served as Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Time Warner Cable Inc. since 2008 and also served as its Acting Co-Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2015. He was responsible for Time Warner's Accounting function including operations accounting, external financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and shared services. He served as Vice President of Technical Accounting since joining Time Warner Cable in 2003. Prior to Time Warner, Mr. Osbourn served for two years as Executive Director for External Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy of Time Warner Inc., and oversaw its external financial reporting function and the implementation of new accounting guidance. Previously, he served for fourteen years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in roles of increasing responsibility and was admitted to Partnership in 2000. Mr. Osbourn graduated with Honors from Washington University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
