Everything. Leadership have no vision. Trying to reach profitability by cutting key staff is a losing strategy.
Hire professional managers who know how to run day-to-day operations.

No equity for newer employees. Health benefits are terrible.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Departments are overworked and understaffed, so everyone is struggling.
They need to collaborate more and to listen to each other.
Overall level of competence is very low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A few good co-workers and remote work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Top management needs to tell the truth.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership team is clueless. They continually cut staff to try and get to profitable, but they never seem to get to profitability
