Biggest waste of time. They will use you.

Great mission, but zero team culture and ability to grow.

The emphasis on work life balance with benefits like unlimited PTO and a two week holiday closure for the whole company to rest and reset at the end of the year.

No raises, no transparency, and it feels like they are hiding something.

Honestly culture at this company is warped

I can not think of anything positive other than I have met some very nice co-workers.

Decent low level employees at least.

Leadership cares about how their teams spend their time and will make sure you're only working on initiatives that will directly support the mission. That creates a culture where teams are aligned on the same goals and supportive of each others role in achieving them.

I was never left wondering what the next step would be or where I stand in the process. There was just a lot of transparency and respect for my time. Everyone was also so warm and passionate about the work and I knew it was the right place for me after the 2nd interview.

Getting to know a lot of people. It is a long interview process, but picking the right company demands that rigor!

The communication was confusing and redundant. They have no idea what other departments are doing.

Seeing how my work directly impacts the students and educators we serve, including my own son who uses Zearn in his classroom and loves math because of it!
