The emphasis on work life balance with benefits like unlimited PTO and a two week holiday closure for the whole company to rest and reset at the end of the year.
No raises, no transparency, and it feels like they are hiding something.
It's so easy to work with the Zearn team because everyone is so incredibly talented and passionate about their work. So there's no challenge we can't face and every treats each other with respect.
