What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is deeply mission-driven and always grounds decisions in what will best support students and teachers. They communicate openly, set a clear vision, and give employees the context to problem solve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises, no transparency, and it feels like they are hiding something.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are some of the smartest and most mission-driven people I’ve worked with. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and generous with their time. There’s a real sense of shared purpose—people push each other to do great
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly culture at this company is warped
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can not think of anything positive other than I have met some very nice co-workers.
Decent low level employees at least.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to know a lot of people. It is a long interview process, but picking the right company demands that rigor!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The communication was confusing and redundant. They have no idea what other departments are doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest at work is knowing that the effort I put in directly contributes to helping kids learn and love math. The mission gives real meaning to my day-to-day work.
