What do you like best about your company?Zearn is truly mission-driven and you feel it every day you come to work. Not just the passion you feel across the organization, but priorities are anchored around impact and you never feel like you are working on something with no purpose.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The emphasis on work life balance with benefits like unlimited PTO and a two week holiday closure for the whole company to rest and reset at the end of the year.
What did you like most about the interview process?I was never left wondering what the next step would be or where I stand in the process. There was just a lot of transparency and respect for my time. Everyone was also so warm and passionate about the work and I knew it was the right place for me after the 2nd interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? The communication was confusing and redundant. They have no idea what other departments are doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Listen to customer and student reviews.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Honestly culture at this company is warped
