Zendesk Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The open ended uncapped commission

Restricted stock units and promotions!

Benefits are on par or better than industry avg.

Eniterly WFH, can work from anywhere on the globe for 3 months of the year

Recharge Fridays (every second friday of the month the company offers a day off, that's 12 more long weekends throughout the year!)

Review from HR Dept

I live my compensation package because they are useful to me

The Health benefitsb are great to have

Our stock offerings I value the best

Review from Engineering Dept

The RSU's and ESPP's are really awesome!

Currently an intern so don't expect much

Review from Engineering Dept

i got appraised in less than 6 months and i was surprised with the amount

restricted stock units and espp

no issues at all, thankful for what i have

Flexibility in work/life balance, schedules

Flexible spending and maternity benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company has no culture and the goals are astronomical and out of touch.

Review from Sales Dept

I would like pay to be competitive and to keep up with inflation and competitors but it just isn't happening.

I was started at a lower salary than what I deserve. Raises are delayed and don't always happen after the first year.

Better market rate pay for the work I am doing, better RSUs

- The company boasts open culture in all their messaging and PR yet the vast majority of questions asked by employees at company town halls are "Anonymous" which is very telling of what people really feel about transparency.

Review from Marketing Dept

No more stocks after 4 years: this makes experienced employees earn less than junior ones.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stock grants are going way down
