Everyone is really really friendly
The quirky, approachable company branding permeates the culture. It's good when you find yourself genuinely smiling at work. But it's not just a good time. There's a lot of ambition here, but it's not a showboating, cutthroat kind of environment.

Right now, it seems like the only thing that matters is what the PE needs out of the company. It'd be awesome to go back to prioritizing customers.

Promotion and compensation structure and consistency.
Take more diligent time to hire the right people. Don't take chances, even though we're trying to grow fast... Look up to companies like Google, Amazon, etc... Do NOT compromise culture for heads!
