- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Researching the client's needs and what staff needs in order to provide the best customer service to them. For the past few years, Zenith and HBH have FAILED to do this.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Cookie-cutter solutions do not bode well for a company with as many different unions as we work with. Infrastructure is AWFUL. The systems used for my client still haven't been updated since 2016, despite the fact that we've been asking since then.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It would be great based on the current economic market to be paid more fairly, and also have compensations like an actual bonus every year. This is something we don't have, and it also seems very challenging to progress in this organization based on my experiences.
