My overall experience with the company has been positive. There has been very little stress (except are contract renewal time) and not a great deal of stress when it comes to the job. There is plenty of flexibility in accomplishing each day's or week's work that makes for easy going environment.

Multiple employees (not to mention, very talented people) keep leaving the company, mainly in the Bengaluru, India branch due to low monetary compensation. The compensation is quite low especially for a person to stay in an expensive city like Bengaluru :(

very unfair compensation. The whole year feedback is always great but when it comes to appraisals there's always something irrelevant pointed out and the numbers provided are low. Feels so much unfair.

Feels like I have to repeat myself with answering the same questions for a number of individuals. Communication is often one sided, when someone needs something they are quick to respond, but if I need a response, it is not reciprocated.
