What is the best part about your compensation package?

The ESPP is really great.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Morale is not great in Engineering. Lots of folks are leaving and having trouble attracting new talent. Engineers who have been here for many years and are making a huge impact can't seem to get promoted.
