I have loved working here since I started and have wanted to always work toward growing with the company. I appreciate the flexibility Zip offers. If I could have one thing be different I would change the time off policy, I never take anytime off because it impacts my goal in a negative way.

ZipRecruiter is so unique in the sense you can feel that they care from the little things they go out of their way to do. Random contests and one on ones, coaching. They really invest in their people and make it a good place that you want to stick around!

When you get to help someone understand a strategy that ends up working out for them

I like that I have the responsibility and opportunity within my control to impact my pay check

Being able to work at my own pace, having plenty of people to talk to, and great support from leadership.

They are always seeking feedback and looking for new ways to assist us even though we are no longer in the office.

I love that we get to help each other up. There was a huge divide that got bridged since moving to work from home and it has help my department sell better and more thoroughly.

I love that if someone learns something new they are willing to share it or that they want to update people on big wins and are all able to bond even though it is work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they take time to make sure you are okay, I am pregnant and had a really rough last two months and my manager made sure that he knew I need to take care of myself and everything else fell into place. It meant the world to me!
