My experience in Account maNAGEMENT WASN'T GREAT. Tthe coaching was very based on KPIs and not a strategic way to hit them. I was also bored and upper leadership didn't have a great reputation for inspiring people. I'm not in a didfferent position adn LOVE it! I'm challenged and encouraged to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the encouragement to grow and acheive. Zip incentives people to grow into new departments or even create them for other revenue streams. It's challenging and exciting
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Based on what I see we have a decent turnover and take chances on people who don't hold themselves accountable and are OK with being mediocre. being OK with 70% is weird to me and too many people are OK with it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
empowerment, my direct leader empowers me to solve my own problems and helps me grow personally in my work career. He doesn't micromanage me and he always asks the why. Based on his coaching I overacheive the KPIS instead of meeting expectations
