Working at ZR has shown me that some companies really do invest in their employees. I feel like I am respected as an employee and a person. I have never dreaded a workday and look forward to continuing my relationship with this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Because I am insured alrighty I receive a $200 waiver credit and the 2K Dental Usage every year.

Everyone is invested in the success of everyone else and will share 'best-practices' and resources to help others succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepting of everyone else. I have never felt like I needed to alter my personality or self to 'fit in' or be accepted.

Everyone is unique and open. Fairness, growth, and development are nurtured and promoted. Wins are celebrated and acknowledged and competition is friendly and fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and strive to improve each other. There is NO 'cutthroat' culture and I have never felt threatened or made to feel inferior to anyone I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can make an extreme contribution to my financial future and I can promote quickly through the ranks is the reason I love my job and company the most.

Every leader at ZipRecruiter, even if they are not your direct supervisor, will help to see you succeed. I take comfort in knowing that I could reach out to ANYONE in my company and receive the guidance needed to help make me successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is clear cut and made known what we are compensated for and the amount. Employee wages are not kept hushed and everyone has the same opportunity no matter of gender or race. All compensations are based solely on the efforts and skill of the employee and nothing else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are also there when you need them and they work as a team to aid employees from other departments and areas. No one ever has to worry about something that needs to get done gets done. Everyone is also eager to help, listen, and coach. Everyone here cares about the individual first.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my successes acknowledged and praised. IT feels good that my supervisors don't just see me as another cog in the machine but give me the recognition my work deserves. Also, I am never shamed for taking time to myself in the day to reset or for using any of my PTO/S&S time.
