I've had my share of ups n downs, ebbs n flows, good n bad with this job. Easily one of the hardest, most challenging jobs I've worked, but also very rewarding. I stuck with it to improve my craft and I FEEL a difference. Sharper and more confident.

they're all very approachable which is VERY important to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE how we help each other out and bounce best practices/ objections/ hurdles we encounter. It's made me a lot better, it gives me more ammo, gives me a different perspective to look at situations thru. VERY VERY VERY productive.!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they encourage trying different things, they encourage failing forward. Try new things, think outside of the box, be coachable. They've never waivered from the message. Since we've been working from home...I feel like the developement n training has been even stronger.
