My experience started off great when being hired, but as time went on downhill. This has mostly been due to poor management and the company consistently trying get away with this unethical.

The collaboration in helping one another with questions or concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management does not offer any opportunity to advance. There is no value when management finds ways to create 'drama' in what is to be a simple job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Where do I start without going over the 300 character limit? Lack of communication, no real advancement opportunities, poor management, lack of leadership skills, poor decision making from management when choosing processes, lack of tools to perform the job
