We need to get back to caring for the customer and actually show a desire to be beneficial to our customers, quit being so nonchalant, especially to customers that use discounts. We tend to treat spenders better.

This company has now dedicated themselves to finding ways to pull money out of the passengers pocket. We used to work to make the experience good for the customer. Now it is how can we take as much money from them as we can and give them as little as we can, almost like punishing people for using us
