All of of them are friendly. They are all more than willing to help and teach.
The feeling of accomplishment when I complete a difficult project. You feel like you navigated treacherous waters with the customer and your team on the same ship. They are there to help when needed, but ultimately you're the one guiding the project through.
I can't speak on the company as a whole. For my team we have a lot of freedom. If we have personal things that we need to take care of we just need to make sure our accounts are covered and our leadership and team work with us.
My first interview was very relaxed. The guy interviewing me called me "dude." Not sure why, but him doing that made me feel more relaxed. I guess it made it feel more like a normal conversation than the interview that would decide my future. Was definitely feeling the pressure.
From my experience, when you make a mistake they don't tear you down or make you feel dumb. They help you become better and more knowledgeable. Growth is one of our core values, and I feel like it is something that has been generally undervalued for a long time. It's nice to see it in action!
