Everyone on my team seems to have a true desire to work together and do their best Of course some are further along in their personal development than others, but that toxic environment you hear so much about... just isn't there.

The management structure above me recognizes my effort, and the effort of those around me, and shows it through public praise, appropriate positional promotions, and reasonable assignment of new roles.
