When we have a meeting it’s not a waste of time. Things get done, ideas are heard, changes to processes are clearly and quickly communicated. Extremely rare you have a meeting you don’t need to be in and I love that. You are trusted to do your job without constant oversi

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When time permits you managers will help you learn how to do things in a more productive manner. We are provided multiple types of software to use, but those quick :30m trainings dont allow you the time to learn. If you want to learn, its 100% on your off time
