The companies Wellness initiative is unlike anything else I have been apart of and they truly care and want their workforce to be their best in and out of the workplace! It's a value and not just a check box for cheaper premiums.

We have a great benefits package with low deductible and out of pocket maximums. Much lower than industry standards. Choice Benefits provides great customer service to our members and the health navigation team provides personal support to help members navigate the complicated medical system.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand why compensation is low, but the amount of work given is undervalued based on the current rate.
