The best part of compensation is the health insurance. I have yet to run into a service that isn't covered by the policy, the biweekly employee contribution is extremely low, as is the deductible. The company rewards employees who meet basic objectives to improve their health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the value my job brings to the company as a whole and the requirements made on my position to achieve the workload placed in my responsibility I believe the pay grade is lacking considerably and should be adjusted accordingly.

I make too much money to receive a raise or cost of living increase. Yet I can't afford to make necessary/required improvements to my home. Many co-workers work second or part-time jobs to make ends meet. The average compensation shown is significantly higher than I make.

Never receive positive feedback on all that I do for the department. An extra vacation day or two would be a great way to show appreciation

I believe that student workers should be paid comparably to other employees if they have been with the company for at least 6 months to a year, including the same benefits such as parking spots and vacation time.

The amount of skill, understanding, communication, and effort for our department is very underestimated. Bonuses for performance based are wonderful but they could stand to be larger.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of the video interviews. Let the managers see all applicants for their position and not leave it up to HR to decide if the manager interviews. I think managers miss out on good people because someone in HR decided not to pass them to the manager.

The interviews were wonderful. It was just a very long and drawn out anxiety inducing waiting game. You have no idea if you did okay, if you got the job, when you will hear back from something or anything. Sometimes you don't even find out you didn't get the position until you see the one hired.

dont take 2 weeks for each of the 4 periods of processing needed to be hired. That shows no level of urgency for interviewing people
