What is the best part about your compensation package?
For my compensation plan, I'm given a very competitive salary.

Myself and my team are paid well under $20,000 less than other's with the same role in the same industry within a 100 mile radius.

My interview process was during COVID, but ArcBest leveraged technology such as hirevue to help the process.
