Now that they've moved my department to Monroe and it became apparent that we are not valued. Those of us who moved to NC did not even receive the "welcome baskets" or the shirts from the holiday party. Our dept. needs are not considered when the other depts are.

The higher up the chain the less and less likely they are to care about morale and conditions. But the bathroom is being renovated, and they've put in a locker room that isn't used yet.

Knowing that no matter how many hours I work each day I know that the next day will be just as busy and it will feel like I have gotten nothing accomplished because there are too many things I need to do and there is not enough time in the day to do them all. Then tomorrow they'll all be back.
