ASSA has been a good company to work for and has given me challenges and support. i am allowed to lead and provide feedback. My managers support me when needed. At times accountability is not held and leaders need to say and fight for what is needed & not afraid to say what needs to be said.

Very positive so far as I am still new. A fairly large learning curve to understand global guard rails and has to be a certain way because that is how it is set up in Europe. But overall, very positive

They need to show up to work on time and do the job they are supposed to do. They are late every day and they never get their job done but always ask for others help to complete their job.

Streamlining internal processes! Legal takes too long to process contracts, Service department runs customers away by bogging them down with process, not returning phone calls, bills for warranty work, bills for work under PM agreements. Overpriced service parts. Factory lead times and quality.
