The company and leaders need to stop putting everything in their pockets. There should be annual if not monthly allowance to buy tools- drill bits- ect. Most the time they won't even allow you too expenses the tools needed to do the job.

Streamlining internal processes! Legal takes too long to process contracts, Service department runs customers away by bogging them down with process, not returning phone calls, bills for warranty work, bills for work under PM agreements. Overpriced service parts. Factory lead times and quality.

The branch manager in the division I physically work in is openly sexist on his opinion that hiring women costs the company more money in the long run, which is why he advises others to not hire them. The branch manager bullies staff and makes it extremely uncomfortable in the work environment.
