Starts at the top. CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP is the only answer to fix a broken culture. The culture is riot in this building. I have never seen a company that doesn't evolve with the world. Not sure how this company expects to stay afloat without hiring to keep up with the demand. BURN OUT IS REAL!!!!

The company and leaders need to stop putting everything in their pockets. There should be annual if not monthly allowance to buy tools- drill bits- ect. Most the time they won't even allow you too expenses the tools needed to do the job.

Knowing that no matter how many hours I work each day I know that the next day will be just as busy and it will feel like I have gotten nothing accomplished because there are too many things I need to do and there is not enough time in the day to do them all. Then tomorrow they'll all be back.

ASSA wants to keep growing and expanding but not give you the head count you need to do your job. Then put you in a room with lots of others in a small cubicle so close to your teammates if they move you feel it.

There is a constant hostility. Errors have been changed from directing it to the person and moved to an entire report instead. We should be able to communicate RESPECTFULLY as a team. Positive communication needs to be worked on. Also, leaving negative thoughts about people inside your own head.
