I would say working at assa Abloy is very fast pace. I do feel overwhelmed and suppressed by mondain administrative tasks that can be completed easily with minimum training. I don't believe this is the best use of my time, where i can be building efficient prosses, training staff and new customers

I enjoy the work i do for our customers. i enjoy working with the team the executes the work on the front lines. Strong leadership is lacking in some areas. Directives are given and middle and lower team members are required to plan and execute with minimal assistance from leaders.

I was given a 4 10 schedule to reduce my overtime. On holidays we are only paid 8 hours of holiday paythis shorts us on our paychecks, and was told it was done out of fairness for other employees. The shortcomings with our project manager Sarah ends with me losing much needed hours on my paycheck.

Not being able to make the incentives for each quarter. Even though you put in many house each week and sellng many parts. Making it where you receive a incentive each quarter on what sell for parts and not on how ,any calls you can do, some travel 2-3 hour one way for a call in rural areas

The company and leaders need to stop putting everything in their pockets. There should be annual if not monthly allowance to buy tools- drill bits- ect. Most the time they won't even allow you too expenses the tools needed to do the job.

Streamlining internal processes! Legal takes too long to process contracts, Service department runs customers away by bogging them down with process, not returning phone calls, bills for warranty work, bills for work under PM agreements. Overpriced service parts. Factory lead times and quality.

The branch manager in the division I physically work in is openly sexist on his opinion that hiring women costs the company more money in the long run, which is why he advises others to not hire them. The branch manager bullies staff and makes it extremely uncomfortable in the work environment.
