The attitude of some coworkers who do not agree with or understand things tend to rub off on the group. The group could work on separating personal relationships and work relationships.

The entire department takes hits for one employee's inability to meet clearly communicated expectations. Being late, procrastinating work, etc., falls on the rest of the team to absorb. There are no consequences for the individual, but instead, for the group.

The culture here is not pleasant. People are rude and not helpful. They are not inviting. No one works as a unit instead it is about my department or my area...not a team or a unit...or a company. Team building exercises need to happen. Its miserable coming into the establishment. Sneaky behavior.

I believe the environment me and my coworkers are in creates a negative attitude. We are all so close together, sickness spreads. Any negative opinion/comment is also heard throughout the day, and it drags the team down.
