What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better processes need to be put into place between departments and within each department. There is no official training, and people are thrown in and fail.The workplace environment should benefit the people who work there, not just aesthetics.

They need to focus on the PEOPLE. The PEOPLE are the core of the company, due to the fact that they are the ones doing the busy work while leadership just comes up with ideas that are not realistic but expect the PEOPLE to manage, handle and execute, with either little to no training or no HELP.
