Our leadership team takes a lot of time to development themselves as leaders, especially through the Together We Lead and Together We Grow programs. These show a commitment to long-lasting, impactful leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate if compensation was scaled at a base-level for each role and then further allocated based on interview, performance, acquired skills and education, etc. It needs to be a more organized process.

I feel undervalued because I don't get paid enough and I would feel better about my compensation if they would give bigger raises.

seeing what others are paid I dont feel I am fairly compensated for the work I do and the commitment to keep employees to adhere to the company policies. I am not fond of wage pools and that if there is one outstanding employee in a group then all other employees suffer due to the budget

I can talk to them about anything. Whether it be work, life, etc. I feel like they're truly here for me and that helps us work together better as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's pretty collaborative for the most part, which is always nice when you're walking in the hall and see a familiar face. People always say, "good morning". I absolutely loved that on my first day.
