Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given a 4 10 schedule to reduce my overtime. On holidays we are only paid 8 hours of holiday paythis shorts us on our paychecks, and was told it was done out of fairness for other employees. The shortcomings with our project manager Sarah ends with me losing much needed hours on my paycheck.

The fact that we are on call every night without compensation gets old after awhile. I would feel better about alternate on call periods as well as extra compensation for staying near the phone while you are home.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am continually being taken off jobs in favor of Chris and Anthony who I have overheard talking on the phone scheming to get themselves on higher paying jobs.

Need to care more about the company image and taking care of customers. We tend to lose repeat business due to poor customer service by service technicians.

We have too many people that just coast by doing the bare minimum. A lot of "not my job attitudes" where people are not willing to learn new things or cross train to cover when others are out.
