Working here is stressful and requires long hours outside in bad conditions. I come home from every shift absolutely exhausted because we are constantly expected to be rushing and I always get off past my scheduled time. We do get free food though. Pay 9.50 to start where I am.

Leaving? No seriously though, probably the food and when I get to do anything cleaning/stocking related because there is no interaction with customers there and it's not as fast-paced.

They were professional, offered me a job at the end of my interview, had good communication. (Though I did have to contact them about the application I sent in before they offered me an interview or even responded.)

I don't mind my coworkers. I'm not friends with anyone, mainly because we get yelled at for socializing on the job, but they're cool and there hasn't been any drama or anything, and almost everyone does their job well.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
I feel undervalued because I work really hard but get paid $8.50 for it. Also the managers don't seem to care about us as long as we are working, I've known multiple people who have gotten sick/passed out/gotten heat stroke from standing outside in 90 degrees for five hours at a time, with no shade.
