If there's an issue with either a guest ot employee i know who to take it to and i know it will be competently handled
In my opinion kitchen workers are typically undervalued. It is a more demanding environment and should have something besides hard work and the lack of good workers to atteact people to it. A higher wage would be nice. Maybe like a 25 or 50 cent raise for people fully trained in BOH
