Since I am not full time, my benefits are minimal. But for what they are, I believe they are more than fair.
Everybody enjoys working with everyone. There is very little drama between employees and everyone is very accepting and helpful with each other.
Helping others is very important with everyone. Not just guests, but helping team members, kitchen staff, even helping with trash. No one sees themselves as too big for any task and that is evident from the top down.
They are very up front and honest about who they are as a company, what they believe and what they expect from their team members. What you see is what you get and sadly that is not always the case with every employer.
