I have been stuck in the same position since I started working here. It is like a popularity contest for those that earn the chance of being promoted. I have also only had one raise in the 8 years I have been there, for 10 cents, even those I consistently make my goals.
We all come to work to make money to support different things in our lives, Some have families to feed while other may have goals they want to pursue.

I just start my job this Oct 2018 from AD Banker training to the UHC PDP. I think the coworkers are nice & supportive. If you can pass your the state license, you will get better hourly pay & bonus.

Good thought leadership but not willing to take risks and staff to implement and execute

Dependant on the vertical Président. Some do not have a sales background and do not understand how to drive a culture of growth. Short term is sacrificed for long term client strategy and growth.
