We all come to work to make money to support different things in our lives, Some have families to feed while other may have goals they want to pursue.

I just start my job this Oct 2018 from AD Banker training to the UHC PDP. I think the coworkers are nice & supportive. If you can pass your the state license, you will get better hourly pay & bonus.

Dependant on the vertical Président. Some do not have a sales background and do not understand how to drive a culture of growth. Short term is sacrificed for long term client strategy and growth.
